We do not charge for River Cruise Planning as of July 1st. Not only will we book your river cruise but we will help you with pre or post options, help getting your air booked with the supplier and advise on how to manage the trip via the supplier portal. If you are in the booking process, you will have access to our in-depth knowledge and experience of sailing on most all of the European itineraries, you will get advise you on the best river cruise option based on your interests. We will walk you through the entire process and make certain you have the insider tips, and will have the advantage of having an expert manage your trip!

BY SUBMITTING PAYMENT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS BELOW:
This Planning Fee Agreement (“Agreement”) together with the Terms and Conditions
(“Terms”) at https://www.millertravelcompany.com/terms-and-conditions.html are:
BETWEEN: Miller Travel Company (“Agency,” “our,” “us,” or “we”)
AND: You (“you” or “your”)
(each a “Party” and, together, the “Parties”).
This Agreement becomes effective upon: (1) your written, digital, or electronic signature; (2) your delivery of payment authorization to us; or (3) your payment of Planning Fees. This Agreement will terminate upon completion of your trip or until terminated earlier in writing by you or us.
GENERAL TERMS
Our custom travel planning fees (“Planning Fees”) are based on the complexity of your trip. Planning Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, separate from, and in addition to the cost of your travel.
