DOES YOUR PASSPORT EXPIRE WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF YOUR LAST DAY ON THIS TRIP?
When you’re traveling outside of the United States, make sure you have all required travel documents. A passport is required for all international travel. Remember, the name on your boarding pass must match the name on your government-issued passport. In general, your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the period of intended stay in a foreign country. Also, be sure to check to see if a visa is needed to visit your destination country. Please review all international destination entry requirements with your travel advisor before confirming your trip. ​
ARE YOU CURRENTLY PREGNANT OR PLANNING ON BECOMING PREGNANT? 
​Cruise lines will not allow passengers if you have entered the 24th week of pregnancy when the cruise ends.  We also recommend checking with the Travel Insurance provider on coverage.
​ARE YOU TRAVELING INTERNATIONAL WITH A CHILD?
​​There are Country-Specific Regulations
For the safety of children, some countries have more restrictions for children traveling with or without the legal guardians. Review the following child travel guidelines for travel from select countries or refer to the U.S. Department of State’s travel website for more information.
DO YOU OWE ANY BACK CHILD SUPPORT?​
​ If you owe $2,500 or more in child support, you are not eligible to receive a U.S. passport.
Pay your child support arrears to the appropriate state child support enforcement agency before applying for your passport. Please contact your attorney to discuss prior to making a payment.
HAVE YOU BEEN CONVICTED OF A DUI/DWI? 
​Canada may not allow persons with DUI (driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol) convictions to enter their country, even a misdemeanor DUI.
HAVE YOU EVER BEEN CONVICTED OF A FELONY? ​
​Even if you have no problem obtaining a U.S. passport, that doesn’t mean the country you would like to visit will let you in. Our advice is to do your research before you book. You can contact the U.S. State Department to find out if the country you’d like to visit will issue you a visa as a convicted felon. ​
WHAT ARE THE NEW CDC REQUIREMENTS FOR COVID-19 TESTING? ​
​​Your destination may have specific COVID testing requirements to enter.  Please make sure that you understand entry requirements for your destination. 
If you are leaving the US please be know ALL travelers returning to the US - regardless of vaccination status - must present a negative COVID-19 test to re-enter the country. This test must be taken within 3 days of returning to the US. ​PASSPORT PROCESSING TIMES ARE EXTREMELY DELAYED!
​​A passport is required for international travel. Most countries require the passport to be valid for six months AFTER RETURN DATE OF TRAVEL As of July 2021, Passport processing times are extremely delayed due to increased travel demand. ARE YOU USING A DEBIT CARD?
Please make sure you one time transaction limit is set high enough for the amount you wish to pay.  If you are not certain what the daily charge limit is, please confirm with your bank prior to submitting.  ​
  • You understand this account will be charged (pending approval) and full penalties will apply as described in the reservation confirmation you received.  You agree that all names have been reviewed and they match the government issued ID you will be using to travel with.  You further agree you have checked the itinerary dates, cities , and all the reservation components before submitting payment.
  • Payment will not be automatically applied, we will manually process and email you a receipt within 24 hours.  Payments made after 3pm or over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.  IMPORTANT: If you are using a debit card, please check with your bank to verify you will not be exceeding your one time transaction limit.  Exceeding this limit will cause a decline and delay in your payment.​
  • Travel arrangements involving airline and cruise lines are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed by the supplier and/or government after you have completed your purchase. Example: fuel surge charge.
  • If you cancel your reservation we do have an agency cancel fee of $50 per booking. This fee is in addition to any cancel penalties imposed by the vacation provider or individual component vendors such as airline or hoteliers.

* It is your responsibility to find out if the trip you are booking requires you to be fully vaccinated.  Make sure you have shared your vaccine status with your advisor prior to confirming your booking.
