This planning fee covers your advisors time to prepare a trip proposal for 2 guests sharing the same room. your Once confirmed, we will assist with activities and tours.
Many suppliers do not provide component pricing and only disclose bundled rates to protect their pre-negotiated contracted rates.

BY SUBMITTING PAYMENT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS BELOW:
This Planning Fee Agreement (“Agreement”) together with the Terms and Conditions
(“Terms”) at https://www.millertravelcompany.com/terms-and-conditions.html are:
BETWEEN: Miller Travel Company (“Agency,” “our,” “us,” or “we”)
AND: You (“you” or “your”)
(each a “Party” and, together, the “Parties”).
This Agreement becomes effective upon: (1) your written, digital, or electronic signature; (2) your delivery of payment authorization to us; or (3) your payment of Planning Fees. This Agreement will terminate upon completion of your trip or until terminated earlier in writing by you or us.
GENERAL TERMS
Our custom travel planning fees (“Planning Fees”) are based on the complexity of your trip. Planning Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, separate from, and in addition to the cost of your travel.
