Family Theme Park Bundle
This family theme park non-refundable planning fee covers a trip proposal which includes: (Flight, Hotel, Transportation or Car Rental, Tickets, Travel Protection) in a bundled package.
*Fee is for 2 adults in one room, children included at no additional cost if sharing the same room.
We will provide you with up to 3 resort options. Service includes advise on all things theme park related. With the extremely large amount of options available to customize a theme park vacation, this service covers, consulting and educating on all options and preparing the proposal for you once you have decided together with your advisor what best fits for your theme park vacation.
(My Disney Experience planning is not included in this fee) We offer basic instruction on how to use the My Disney Experience. We strongly encourage you to use this technology offered by Disney to better your overall experience at the theme parks!
Many suppliers do not provide component pricing and only disclose bundled rates to protect their pre-negotiated contracted rates.

BY SUBMITTING PAYMENT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS BELOW:
This Planning Fee Agreement (“Agreement”) together with the Terms and Conditions
(“Terms”) at https://www.millertravelcompany.com/terms-and-conditions.html are:
BETWEEN: Miller Travel Company (“Agency,” “our,” “us,” or “we”)
AND: You (“you” or “your”)
(each a “Party” and, together, the “Parties”).
This Agreement becomes effective upon: (1) your written, digital, or electronic signature; (2) your delivery of payment authorization to us; or (3) your payment of Planning Fees. This Agreement will terminate upon completion of your trip or until terminated earlier in writing by you or us.
GENERAL TERMS
Our custom travel planning fees (“Planning Fees”) are based on the complexity of your trip. Planning Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, separate from, and in addition to the cost of your travel.
