Not at all. Our services are completely complimentary. Travel suppliers like resorts and cruise lines include an agent commission in their published rates. By transferring your booking to Miller Travel Company, that commission goes toward personalized planning and support for your trip — rather than being retained by the supplier.
2. Will my reservation number or price change?
No changes will occur to your booking details. Your confirmation number, room category, and rate remain exactly the same. The only update is that Miller Travel Company becomes the “Agency of Record,” giving us authority to communicate with the supplier on your behalf.
3. Can you take over a booking made through another travel agent?
Out of professional respect, we cannot assume control of reservations booked through other travel agencies. This service is intended exclusively for travelers who booked directly with the supplier (online or via phone) and now want expert guidance and support for their trip.
