We also manage dining and spa reservations to ensure a seamless and memorable journey.
Role as Booking Agent
As your dedicated travel planner, Miller Travel Company operates as a booking agent for principal suppliers. It is important to note that we are not the direct source or provider of any travel service. Each supplier operates independently with its own management, beyond our direct control. Consequently, our pricing appears as bundled rates rather than itemized components. Our trusted partners protect their negotiated rates by avoiding breakdowns in pricing, which means package rates are provided in entirety.
Comprehensive Itinerary Services
Our planning service includes crafting a detailed 7-night/8-day international itinerary, showcasing the essence of your chosen destination. Should you wish to extend your vacation, additional days can be arranged at a rate of $70 per day. We kindly request an initial planning fee of $500 to proceed, after which we will invoice you for any extended nights on your trip.

BY SUBMITTING PAYMENT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS BELOW:
This Planning Fee Agreement (“Agreement”) together with the Terms and Conditions
(“Terms”) at https://www.millertravelcompany.com/terms-and-conditions.html are:
BETWEEN: Miller Travel Company (“Agency,” “our,” “us,” or “we”)
AND: You (“you” or “your”)
(each a “Party” and, together, the “Parties”).
This Agreement becomes effective upon: (1) your written, digital, or electronic signature; (2) your delivery of payment authorization to us; or (3) your payment of Planning Fees. This Agreement will terminate upon completion of your trip or until terminated earlier in writing by you or us.
GENERAL TERMS
Our custom travel planning fees (“Planning Fees”) are based on the complexity of your trip. Planning Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, separate from, and in addition to the cost of your travel.
